Menu Design

Wasabi is a Fayetteville, Arkansas, based sushi restaurant that boasts a wide variety of delicious Japanese dishes. When recreating their lengthy menu, I focused on designing an easily navigable layout that would make selection uncomplicated and enjoyable for customers. I included the Japanese spelling of major food groups on the menu so the restaurant’s dedication to authenticity was clear. Another important part of this process was making sure the final product was also easily used by staff members, so I made the menu spiral bound and laminated for hassle-free sanitation.
